No agency can guarantee work. Our role is to actively submit and pitch you for suitable opportunities, but securing roles depends on casting decisions and fit for the project.

Encore Talent Agency requires exclusivity within Mississippi and the surrounding region unless otherwise agreed upon. We allow representation in other markets on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.

For paid gigs, the client pays the agency directly, and we issue payment to you minus the agreed agency commission. Terms and details will be outlined in your contract and booking agreements.

Yes! 8yrs +. We represent talented performers. A parent or guardian must co-sign all contracts for minors, and a Parent Consent Form is required.
