1. Submit Your Materials

To be considered, submit your headshot, resume, and a short video showcasing your skills, this could be a monologue, song, dance reel, or clip from a past performance. We’re especially interested in artists who can cross disciplines, so don’t be afraid to show off your range.

2: Audition Invitation
If we see potential in your submission, you’ll be invited to an in-person or virtual audition. This is your chance to show us your personality, versatility, and performance chops. Depending on the season or current project needs, we may host open call auditions, which we announce on our website and social media.

Step 3: Representation
After the audition process, selected talent will be offered representation through 'Encore Talent Agency'. From there, we’ll work with you to build a professional profile, pitch you to casting opportunities, and help you navigate both stage and screen industries.
